Alaska Mover

We love Royal Alaskan Movers. They moved our belongings from one house to another in Anchorage 5 years ago and then, just a few weeks ago, loaded up our shipment container for our move to the lower 48. They were, both times, professional, efficient, on-time and knew what they were doing to pack our belongings safely and securely in the trailer. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Amazing company! They went above and beyond for me.I had a HUGE sectional and a LONG flight of stairs.. and they tackled it like a beast! And without damaging anything! Justin was super nice, even helped me with my door security I was to weak to install myself. He explained all my paper work thoroughly, and made sure I had a clear understanding of what was going on. The experience I had with Royal Alaskan Movers couldn't have been better.  I had to coordinate from out of state, never met anyone with the company and everything they told me was absolutely true (costs, move date, picking up items from different sources, storage of items).  When the furniture was delivered, it was wrapped an packed just like Rod said it would be and seeing it was better than I expected.  They unloaded the truck fast and carefully.  Rod and everyone I spoke with were so helpful.  I hope to never have to move again, but I am certainly recommending them to anyone who needs a great moving company!-Lynn M.

Recently, my wife and I made our retirement move from Anchorage AK to Goodyear AZ.  We decided in advance to ship only the items we absolutely loved.  Based on our past experience we took out the max insurance just to be sure we would be covered "when" our goods arrived damaged.   Remarkably, everything arrived intact with no and we mean "NO DAMAGE NOT EVEN AS MUCH AS A SCRATCH" on anything!  Dishes, keepsake furniture and wall hanging, tools, glassware & fragile items.  Everything present and accounted and nothing damaged or broken.-Greg M

We are military and getting ready to move back to the lower 48 and the army assigned this moving company to us. The apartment was small so they were able to pack and load all in one day.
